Life Map Therapy (“Life Map Therapy,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) is the practice of Claudia Carbonell, M.A., C.Ht. This policy explains what information I collect through lifemaptherapy.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I respect your privacy and treat what you share with me with the same care I bring to every session.
Information I collect
I collect only the information you choose to give me:
- Free guide requests. When you request The Map Back to You, I collect your name and email address.
- Consultation applications. When you apply for a free consultation, I collect your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Emails you send me. If you write to claudia@lifemaptherapy.com, I receive your email address and anything you include.
Like most websites, my hosting server also records basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running well.
How I use your information
- To send you the free guide you requested.
- To send you my letters on the subconscious side of success, if you signed up through the free guide. Every letter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To read and respond to your consultation application.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

The forms on this website are for introductions only. Please do not include medical history, diagnoses, or other sensitive personal details in a form or email. If we work together, we will discuss those matters privately in session.
Trusted services I use
A small number of trusted providers help me run this website. They receive only what they need to perform their service:
- MailerLite stores the names and email addresses of guide subscribers and delivers my emails.
- Hostinger hosts this website and my business email.
- YouTube plays the video on my homepage. When you play it, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Links to Amazon, Yelp, and my social media pages take you to those websites, which follow their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and load quickly. I do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How long I keep your information
I keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it. I keep consultation applications only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain my business records.
Your rights, including your California privacy rights
Wherever you live, you may ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws. I do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and I will never treat you differently for making a request.

This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
